What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb and/or postcode, the type of renovation, optional budget and timing, your project notes and any questionnaire answers. We also record the time you agreed to be contacted, the page you submitted from, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, discuss your renovation and prepare any follow-up you request. We do not sell your information.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Enquiries are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase, accessible only to authorised Milestone staff and our service providers. A notification email may be sent to the Milestone team through Resend so they can follow up. Our website is hosted on Vercel.

Consent

You must tick the consent box before an enquiry is accepted. You can ask us to correct or delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics. Your browser may keep a temporary key in session storage so that retrying a failed submission does not create a duplicate enquiry.

Some design reference images may load from the public Milestone Development GitHub repository, which can receive standard web request information when your browser fetches them.
